Comfort Club® Terms & Conditions

• When you purchase a Sleep Number® bed, you automatically become a member of the Comfort Club.*
• You must currently own a Sleep Number bed.
• Each of your four first referral purchases earns you a $50 Reward Certificate. The fifth referral earns you a $100 Reward Certificate. Referrals six through nine earn a $50 Reward Certificate. A Free Twin Bed Certificate is earned when your 10th referral purchases a bed. This value of $550 may be applied toward the purchase of an upgraded model or larger size bed, or toward the purchase of accessory items if preferred.
• Additional referral cards will automatically be sent out with every Reward Certificate.
• Lost or expired Comfort Club Reward Certificates will not be replaced.
• Comfort Club Reward Certificates can by redeemed at Select Comfort stores or by calling 1-800-548-7231.
• To ensure accurate processing of the Reward Certificate, the referral should present one of the referral cards at our retail store at the time of purchase. Or, when placing an order by phone, your referral must provide the Comfort Club number from the referral card to the sales professional at the time of purchase.
• Multiple Comfort Club Reward Certificates may be used when making a purchase and valid offers apply at the time of redemption.
• Comfort Club Reward Certificate(s) may not be used on a previous purchase.
• Same-address or subsequent purchases by an owner will not qualify for Comfort Club Rewards.
• Comfort Club Reward Certificates not be issued for any purchase that is shipped or billed to an address that already exists in Select Comfort's customer database.
• Only one owner can benefit from a referral's purchase and only the first bed purchase made by your referral earns Comfort Club Rewards.
• Comfort Club Reward Certificates expire on the last day of the calendar month one year after issuance.
• Comfort Club Reward Certificates will not be generated on referral purchases made using special corporate discounts.
• If a Comfort Club Reward Certificate is redeemed for merchandise valued less than the amount of the Reward Certificate, no additional cash or credit will be issued.
• The Comfort Club program and its resulting rewards are subject to change without notice.
• Select Comfort employees are not eligible to earn Comfort Club Rewards.
• Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your Comfort Club Reward Certificates to be processed.
• Comfort Club is not intended to induce health care providers to violate federal or state laws, which may include making such referrals.

*Customers who purchase their Sleep Number bed through non-Select Comfort owned stores are not enrolled in Comfort Club.
